At SissiMagicNie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and straightforward returns process. Please review the terms of our Refund and Returns Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the date of delivery.
  • Items marked as final sale or personalized/customized products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@sissimagicnie.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return Shipping: After receiving the RA, package the item securely in its original packaging (if available) and ship it back to us. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the item is defective or incorrect, you are responsible for the return shipping fees.
  • Prepaid Labels: We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving the wrong item or a defective product).
  • Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. SissiMagicNie is not responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note the following:

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Refund Amount: The refund will include the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Replacement: We will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.

  • Final Sale Items: Any items marked as “Final Sale” or clearance items.
  • Customized or Personalized Products: Items that have been personalized or customized specifically for you.
  • Gift Cards or Digital Products: These are non-returnable and non-refundable.

8. Cancellation Policy
